1. Introduction

Welcome to Seclo. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seclo mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using Seclo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please delete the App immediately.

2. Local-Only Application

Seclo operates as a strictly offline vault. All media (photos, videos) and text data (passwords, credit card details, notes) you save within the App remain exclusively on your local device hardware.

• ✓We do not store, collect, or back up your vault data.
• ✓If you delete the App, your encrypted data is permanently destroyed.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

Seclo offers an optional premium subscription ("Seclo Pro") via Apple In-App Purchases, which grants access to additional features and removes advertisements.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. User Responsibilities

Because of Seclo's highly secure, offline architecture, you bear sole responsibility for your data:

• Passcode Management: You are strictly responsible for remembering your 4-digit PIN. If you forget your PIN and have not set up a recovery method, we cannot unlock your vault for you.
• Data Loss: You are responsible for ensuring your device remains functional and for exporting/backing up critical data (like passwords and card numbers) elsewhere if necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by law, 108 Arpina and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• ✗Loss of access to your private photos or videos.
• ✗Financial loss due to inaccessible credit card information or passwords.
• ✗Data deletion resulting from forgotten passcodes, app uninstallation, or device failure.

Your use of Seclo to store sensitive information is done entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect updates to our App or changes in legal requirements. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
