1. Introduction

Welcome to Seclo. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Seclo mobile application (“App”). By using Seclo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Offline-Only Application

Seclo operates entirely offline. All photos, videos, and passcodes you save within the App remain on your device. We do not store, collect, or transfer your data to external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Remembering your passcode
  • Ensuring your device remains functional
  • Backing up or exporting your data if needed

If you forget your passcode, Seclo cannot recover it for you, as the App does not store any data externally.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Seclo for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Storing unlawful or harmful content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Disrupting or harming the App’s performance

5. No Warranty

Seclo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or that it will meet your expectations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data due to device damage or deletion
  • Forgotten passcodes
  • Unauthorized access due to device misuse
  • Any third-party issues affecting your device

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. App Updates

We may update Seclo from time to time to improve performance or introduce new features. Updates may change the behavior of certain functionalities, but your data will remain stored locally.

8. Termination of Use

You may stop using Seclo at any time. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored vault data from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page.
